To preserve the beauty of your jewelry: 
- Avoid exposing it to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. 
- Store it in a dry place, preferably in the original box or pouch. 
- Store each item in a seperate pouch from other jewelry to avois oxydation.
- Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. 

We specialize in bespoke jewelry and custom designs. Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design we can also incorporate your own stones or materials into a design. Contact us and we’ll work with you to create something truly unique. 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt,provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all
tags and certificates. Please note that custom pieces, personalized items, and
sale items are final sale.Exchanges are allowed for defective items or incorrect orders, subject to stock availability. (Return fees are the client's expense).
